Rental management software, built for the people who run rentals

Rentablez is rental management software that rental businesses use to manage inventory, bookings, invoicing, payments, contracts and maintenance in one system. It is sold to rental businesses; Rentablez does not rent out equipment itself.

The inventory model covers serialised units, bulk quantities and kits, with availability search across branches. Orders run as one-off rentals, long-term leases or subscriptions, billed hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or by meter reading, with duration-discount price lists and minimum rental periods. Leases invoice on schedule with proration and credit notes.

Around the order sit the things that usually live in other tools: security deposits and partial payments, a customer wallet, contracts with clauses and OTP e-signature, dispatch and return inspections with photos, maintenance job cards that block stock, route planning, delivery challans and gate passes, a public web store, and reports with Excel export.

Tax is handled per country — India GST with CGST/SGST or IGST chosen automatically, GCC 5% VAT with TRN on invoices, and configurable profiles elsewhere — and an organisation can hold several tax registrations and pick which entity bills each order. Payments arrive through Stripe, Razorpay or PhonePe; accounting syncs to Xero or Zoho Books. Staff use the web app or the iOS and Android apps.
