Can I charge by the hour and by the month on the same bikes?

Yes. Each model carries hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates with a minimum rental period. Short rides are rental orders; monthly riders are subscriptions or leases that invoice themselves on the cycle you choose, with proration for pauses, swaps and early returns.

Does Rentablez track where my bikes and scooters are?

For connected vehicles, yes. The IoT / GPS module integrates with TrackNerd trackers for live location and remote immobilisation of compatible e-bikes and e-scooters. It depends on installed hardware; availability, orders and maintenance tracking work for every unit without it.

How are damage and late returns handled?

Return inspections on the mobile app record photos and defects against the unit. Damage, cleaning and late-return fees are added to the order as additional charges, collected online or settled from the security deposit or the customer wallet, with a record the rider can see.

Can I take a security deposit?

Yes. Security deposits are recorded separately from rent, per order or at customer level in the wallet, and settled as refundable or forfeited at return. Partial payments and payment reversals are tracked on the same order.

Can riders book online?

Yes. The web store is a public catalogue with live availability where riders pick a bike or scooter, choose the period and pay through Stripe, Razorpay or PhonePe. Orders land in the same system as walk-in rentals.

How does maintenance work for a bike fleet?

Maintenance job cards record parts, labour, transport and external costs per unit and block the vehicle from booking while the job is open. Recurring inspections can be scheduled per order, and the store module tracks spares such as tubes, brake pads and batteries.

Does Rentablez handle GST or VAT?

Yes. India GST (CGST/SGST or IGST from the customer state), UAE and GCC VAT with TRN, and configurable tax profiles for other countries. An organisation can hold multiple tax registrations and choose which entity bills each order.
