Does Rentablez support monthly furniture subscriptions?

Yes. Leases and subscriptions are recurring orders with a monthly (or weekly) rate, a minimum term and a billing anchor date. Each cycle's invoice is generated automatically, upfront or postpaid, and proration handles mid-cycle starts, swaps, pauses and early returns with credit notes.

Can I track which piece of furniture is at which customer?

Yes. Every serialised piece records the customer, delivery address, start date and expected return. The rented-out register lists every unit currently at a customer, and the availability calendar shows when each piece is due back.

How are room packages priced?

Kits bundle several pieces into one order line with one price — for example a bedroom package of bed, mattress, wardrobe and side table. Each component keeps its own serial number and availability, so a package cannot be booked if any piece is out.

What paperwork goes out with a delivery?

Rentablez generates a delivery challan or gate pass per dispatch, with your branding and the itemised list. Rental agreements are generated from contract templates with clauses and signed by OTP e-signature before delivery.

How do you handle damage at pickup?

Return inspections capture condition and photos per piece against the dispatch inspection. Damage is added to the order as an additional charge and can be settled from the security deposit or the customer wallet; repairs become a maintenance job that blocks the piece until it is closed.

Can customers verify their identity before I deliver?

Customer profiles hold documents and addresses. In India, Aadhaar eKYC and DigiLocker driving-licence verification are built in. Customer risk status is visible on the profile before you approve an order.
